Regional EL/ML PLC

This is a quarterly professional learning community designed for educators, instructional coaches, and support staff who serve multilingual learners. Each session provides an open-forum structure with a rotating focus on evidence-based practices for language development, culturally and linguistically responsive instruction, and effective integration of content and language learning. Participants collaboratively examine instructional approaches, share resources, analyze student data and work samples, and discuss current trends and challenges in supporting multilingual learners. The PLC provides a cross-district space for professional dialogue and the exchange of strategies that strengthen instruction and support for EL/ML students across grade levels.
